Lovely Rhubarb recipe to try!

Those of you who came to a recent work party day would have enjoyed Jenny's Rhubarb and Ginger Loaf. Its a good use for the Rhubarb glut-why don't you have a go!

The sun was shinning this morning and although fruit bush are just coming into leaf with the promise of lovely soft fruit to come. To get myself in the mood I made some lovely Blueberry American style Pancakes. In a few months I will make this again hopefully with my very own Blueberries!
